Every Scalp Renewal System ritual uses three products. S1 Scalp Reset cleans sebum and build-up from the scalp. One precision booster, S2 to S5, is chosen from what the client reports. RootReform™ finishes the ritual with an eight-minute scalp massage. The booster and RootReform™ stay on the scalp for 48 hours.

D1 Derma Reset, an exfoliant formulated with ceramides, clears the skin surface without stripping the barrier. One precision booster, D2 to D5, is chosen from what the client reports. The DermaFirm™ C15 mask, with 15% collagen, finishes the ritual and is removed completely.

How does a stylist choose the ritual?
The stylist asks the client how the scalp or skin feels. Each of the four rituals in a system matches one answer, and that answer decides the precision booster in the kit.
How long does a ritual take, and how often does the client return?
30 minutes. The client returns every 21 days, because the surface layer of skin renews itself every two to three weeks.
Can a client have both systems?
Yes. Scalp and skin follow the same 21-day interval, so a client having both systems follows one cycle, not two.
What training is included?
A written protocol for every ritual and training on both systems in one session, with certification as Certified Professional, Advanced Specialist or Master Practitioner.
Why is S1 Scalp Reset not sold for home use?
S1 is applied along partings across the whole scalp. A client cannot see or reach the back and top of the head at home, so this step is done only in the salon.
