This policy covers information collected through this website, including enquiry forms, the newsletter sign-up and the online tools (the Operating Review, the Salon Operations Benchmark and the Multi-Location Replenishment Assessment). It does not cover B.LAB software used under a separate customer agreement; that agreement governs the data processed in it.

• Enquiry forms: first and last name, work email, company, role, business type, number of locations, country, phone number (optional), your message, and the details a form asks for on a specific line, such as current brands, services offered, product type, target retail price, volume, market, timeline, current systems or inventory system.
• Tool results: if you complete an online tool, your answers, scores and recommendations are attached to your enquiry or sent to the email address you provide.
• Newsletter: your work email address and your consent to receive it.
• Emails to us: the content of any email you send to sales@, care@ or formulations@blabpro.com.

Information collected automatically

• The page you submitted a form from, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
• Information stored in your browser, as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Your IP address and browser details, which are received by our hosting provider.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include health or client medical information in a form or email.

• Enquiries and tool results: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
• Customer records: for the length of the customer relationship and the period required by tax and accounting law.
