Case study results describe the named projects and are not a promise of the same result for your business.
B.LAB rituals and products must be used by trained professionals, following the written B.LAB protocol for each ritual.

The Operating Review, the Salon Operations Benchmark and the Multi-Location Replenishment Assessment give scores and recommendations based only on the answers you enter. They are a starting point for your consultation call with B.LAB Sales. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and you should not rely on them alone for business decisions.

When you send an enquiry, a product brief or tool results, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your business. Do not submit client health information or another person's personal information without their permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use what you submit.
Information in a product brief is used to prepare your proposal. Ownership of custom-branded product formulations and brand assets is set out in your B.LAB Formulation agreement.
