B.LAB is a professional beauty company. B.LAB formed in 2011, and our founders and leaders have worked in the beauty industry since 2006. We formulate and supply professional products, design rituals and SOPs, train professionals, and run our own supply chain, brand building, marketing and sales. Our apps and enterprise software are built from that work.

  1. 01 Tell us about your business Send an enquiry. You can first take the tool for your line: the Operating Review, the Salon Operations Benchmark, the Replenishment Assessment or the product brief. Your results are attached to the enquiry.
  2. 02 Consultation call with Sales A member of the Sales team contacts you within 2 business days to book a 30-minute call. On the call, Sales reviews your business and agrees the scope with you.
  3. 03 Proposal B.LAB sends a written proposal: a product or app recommendation, a ritual menu, a quotation or a rollout plan.
  4. 04 Onboarding B.LAB trains your staff, delivers your first order, develops your products or sets up your software.
